Mr. Ying
Mr. Ying is a caseworker at the Department of Minor Nuisances.
He tends to be more laid back (and slighty junior to) his friend and coworker, Mr. Zhu and is more than happy to sit back and let him take the lead.
He aparantly has a military background and has a bad tendancy to let his "barracks humor" get the better of him when he gets nervous in social situations.
Is currently dating Diedre Luo.
